After receiving your inquiry, we’ll schedule a 15-20 minute call to plan out our session, to explore your vision, and to answer any questions that you might have. Most importantly, it’ll allow us get to know each other a little bit better. Consultation calls are offered typically in the afternoon (M-F) or in the evenings (Tuesdays and Thursdays).

Your booking is officially confirmed with a signed contract (done digitally) and a retainer fee (50% of your invoice). VAT form appointments are available or, if your session is taking place during the same month as your invoice, you may bring your form with you to our session.

If you are eligible to use a VAT form, please make sure to purchase a VAT form BEFORE making a payment so that your form is valid for the purchase. We cannot accept expired VAT forms or VAT forms that are purchased from the VAT office after the payment has been made
